How to use Price Pantry and check the information you see.

Using the app
You may use Price Pantry for your own grocery planning and comparison, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing scanned items and receipts before confirming them. Keep your device and any connected retailer accounts secure. Do not use the app or service to interfere with other users, bypass access controls, submit false catalogue observations or overload the service.
Prices, products and stores
Prices, specials, stock and store details can change without notice. Information may be incomplete, delayed, location-specific or unavailable when a retailer blocks access. Basket comparisons include only the observations the app can use at that time; they are not a complete search of all shops or products. Similar products and pack sizes may differ. Check the price, availability and terms with the retailer before deciding to buy. A retailer's checkout price and conditions govern its sale to you.
Public catalogue observations
The app automatically shares captured public retailer product and price facts to help update the catalogue. Personal searches, lists, shopping history, receipts and login details are not catalogue contributions. Shared observations may be checked, limited, corrected or removed for quality and safety. Copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled. See Privacy for data requests and current limits.
Third-party services
Price Pantry is independent of the retailers whose public catalogue information or store details it displays and does not speak for them. Retailer websites, Google services, payment providers and Android installation prompts have their own terms. Account and payment features depend on their service configuration.
Changes and availability
We may update the app or service, change supported features, or pause access to address faults, security or retailer access changes. Important changes to these terms will be published here with a new update date. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and remove the app.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete catalogue coverage or error-free prices. These statements do not affect any non-excludable consumer guarantee.
